What You Will Be Able to Do

  • Lead a resuscitation with clear roles and closed-loop communication
  • Keep compression quality high through a whole code
  • Run shockable and non-shockable algorithms without freezing
  • Actually search for reversible causes instead of reciting them
Sample Syllabus

Inside the Course

The final syllabus may evolve before launch, but this is the shape of it.

  1. 01

    Running the Room

Team roles, positioning, closed-loop communication, and what a good code sounds like.

  2. 02

    Compression Quality

What degrades first, how to notice, and when to rotate compressors.

  3. 03

    The Algorithm Under Stress

Shockable versus non-shockable as a simple loop you cannot lose.

  4. 04

    Reversible Causes

The Hs and Ts as an active search: ultrasound, history, labs, empiric treatment.

  5. 05

    Airway During CPR

When simple beats definitive, and how to avoid interrupting compressions.

  6. 06

    After ROSC

The first 30 minutes: pressure, oxygenation, temperature, and the next destination.

  7. 07

    Debrief and Document

Closing the loop with the team and writing the note that reflects what happened.
